Hi there. I'm Bryan H. Bell. You and I have been editing Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies filmography (1940–49) pretty frequently lately, and while we've been disagreeing over lots of stuff, it's nice to at least meet someone who's passionate about animation like I am. I've been a fan of classic cel animation as long as I can remember. In fact, I worked in the industry for several years as an animation cameraman. Anyway, I'm writing to you here about the release date of the cartoon A Ham in a Role. You've been changing it to say December 31, 1949, but all the sources I can find list its release date as December 13. I guess its a fine point, but I was interested in finding out what sources you've found that list the December 31st date. Here are the sources I've found, which all list it as December 13th:
What sources are you seeing that show a different release date? -- Bryan H Bell ( talk) 04:01, 17 August 2016 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, talk pages are meant to be a record of a discussion; deleting or editing legitimate comments, as you did at Talk:Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies filmography (1940–49), is considered bad practice, even if you meant well. Even making spelling and grammatical corrections in others' comments is generally frowned upon, as it tends to irritate the users whose comments you are correcting. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. JohnInDC ( talk) 15:39, 17 August 2016 (UTC)
