Hi Kiruba, I noticed your efforts to improve awareness of Wikipedia in India and starting a chapter. The news coverage at Chennai both at Wikicamp and the Academy will benefit this project greatly. There has already been some discussion about starting a Indian chapter of Wikimedia. Please check out Wikimedia India page and it's sub-pages to see the current status. Also subscribe to the Wikimedia mailing list for newer updates on the subject. Nicholas, who is based in Mumbai can help you in case you have any questions. I will copy him on this post. Hi! How are you? This is me Ravi, here. Hope you remember me! I was the one who took the class when Jimmy Wales visited. Pardon me, I was in a hurry that day and not quite ready since I had not expected that I would be asked to take a class. Anyways, how is the foundation work going? I read your article in the February 2009 issue of Inbox 1305. Great job! It was interesting to note that Wikipedia was worth $5 billion, though not surprising enough. Just peeped in to say "Hi". By the way, I would like to clarify with you about the copyright status of the images taken during the Wiki-meet and whether it would be possible for me to use them. Bye. tc - Ravichandar My coffee shop 03:46, 14 February 2009 (UTC)
Hi
Apologies for the " spam"; I'm writing to you and other editors because you have edited the Club Mahindra Holidays article recently.
Concern has been expressed that the article is too promotional and is about a non-notable subject. I do not necessarily agree with this, however I am concerned that unless these issues are addressed then the article may be deleted. I am therefore asking for your help in improving the article, and wish to make the following suggestions:
Once again, apologies for disturbing you with this matter but I hope I can look forward to working with you on improving this article!
