Sure, words like "renowned", "exceptional", "prolific", "prestigious", "profound", "memorable", "indelible", and "exceptional" are considered to be puffery and should generally be avoided in articles. Wikipedia seeks to be written in a neutral perspective and anything that doesn't meet such standards could be considered bias or advertising.
