Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Yūichirō Umehara, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Wakasa ( check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Hi Juliet6884!. You asked for help over at Wikipedia:Teahouse so I responded on your talkpage. In my opinion its easier to edit infobox/templates in edit source (wikitext) mode (i.e. not using the VisualEditor). So the directions listed here uses wikitext editing.
What you see while editing | How it appears | Directions | ||||||||||||||||||
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
{{
Infobox person|
|
|
In the middle you can see the template as it appears over at Yoshiki Nakajima. Each of these lines on the very left (the very left shows how the template looks like when edting) like "name" or "image" are called parameters. | ||||||||||||||||||
{{
Infobox person| |
|
Editing a parameter: Looking to the left, take a look at the "caption" parameter. I highlighted it in green to make it easier to see. Again what's on the vert left is what we see when we edit Wikipedia. After that look to the middle. Now you should be able to see that under Nakajima's photo you can see "guy in a red shirt". If you want to know what each of the parameters take a look here. | ||||||||||||||||||
{{
Infobox person|
|
|
Adding a parameter:But what if you want to edit a parameter that's not on the very left yet? First take a look at
this list. These are all the parameters you can choose from. Say you want to add an "education" parameter. 1. To add a new parameter you have to first start a new line (after the very last parameter, in this case "height"). 2. Next add a "|". Following that there should a space. 3. After the space add the name of the parameter. In this case we will add "education". After adding the name of the parameter we need an "=" sign. (displayed in blue in the left most column) 4. Then add whatever the parameter should be assigned. (displayed in purple in the left most column). In the end you should add something like "| education = Some school". You can see the results of these in the middle. So in general it should be "| parameter name = what parameter should be". |
Some other things to note:
Thanks for your question! If you need further help or a better explanation don't be afraid to {{
ping|OkayKenji}}
} me, followed by your question. That helps by notifying me that you have a comment or question. Hope all this makes sense (I'm usually bad at explain things)!

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Shunichi Toki requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a band or musician that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. — RHaworth ( talk · contribs) 12:08, 4 June 2019 (UTC)
