Saw some good edits (re: removing AOR and Classic Rock from genre fields, etc) ... when you're on those pages it's worth noting that 'Arena Rock' is also not a music genre either ... it's just an umbrella term (like New Wave of Heavy Metal) ... it does not describe a musical style. The Journey albums, just as one example, stood for very long time as simply Hard Rock and Rock ... which is what they are. Also worth taking note of when visiting each article.... music articles are typically very guilty of horrific writing and many violate lots of wiki-policy. The Journey "Escape" album only needs one read through in the lead-in to see that, among other gaffs, the last sentence in the paragraph is blatant violation of weasel wording. So if you're going to make them count... be diligent on things like removing arena rock from infobox genre fields and weasel words or crufty POV adjectives. Keep up the steady edits. There is currently a Rfc and discussion at Template talk:Track listing#RfC regarding track listings, about how the songs in a track listing should be numbered. The result could have repercussions for every article of albums originally released in vinyl. If you are interested, please join in the discussion there. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current
Arbitration Committee election. The
Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia
arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose
site bans,
topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The
arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to
review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on
the voting page. For the Election committee,
