Sings and Symptoms Symptoms of Marfan syndrome vary from mild to severe. Marfan syndrome can affect one or many parts of the body. Symptoms of Marfan syndrome can express itself at a young age. Alternatively, Marfan syndrome may also express itself later in life. There are some symptoms may worsen with age. There are several symptoms that are consistent across the board.
