Hello again Jim.henderson, I'm reaching out to you to see if you might be willing to help with another article about Verizon, Verizon Enterprise Solutions. The current article is very short, as you can see, so I drafted a more complete version, which I uploaded to my userspace. A couple years back you helped save the U.S. Constitution article from my overwriting, shortening it by taking much of my contribution and placing it into the History of the U.S. Constitution article, for which I am grateful.
Now, over the last couple weeks, Drdpw is doing yeoman work in rewriting the United States Constitution article. No consensus is established for his reorganization, but there does not seem to be any objection beyond my occasional lone remonstrance. It seems to me the article is losing its topical organization of the text, resulting in a mere listing. The table of contents is becoming a wall of enumeration without conveying any sensible information for the general reader. Each section heading contains only one paragraph.
I like much of Drdpw's actual text writing, summarizing the description of amendments in one voice without the back and forth of previous wiki-edits. But I would appreciate any explanation or justification beyond that already made by Drdpw, --- that his reorganization makes the U.S. Constitution article table of contents resemble Lists. I do not find that persuasive, I would appreciate your help in understanding why the Drdpw revision is better than the previous framework. I am happy to concur with the new outcome if I am overlooking something, I was just wondering what I am missing in my editorial insight. Thanks in advance.
