Regarding this article you created, which I assume is about yourself: it is not a proper subject for Wikipedia, as the article makes no claims at all for the notability of the subject. Also, as a biography of a living person, such an article has stringent requirements to have citations from reliable sources. However, instead of asking for your article to be deleted outright, I have moved it to your user space at User:Jcottle691/Justin Cottle -- but you might want to rethink the advisability of advertising your personal information on the Internet. If you think better of it, and want to have the page deleted, put {{db-author}} at the top of the page, and someone will come by and delete it.
