Submitting a draft is the correct manner in which to submit an autobiography- but any article should only summarize what independent reliable sources completely unconnected to you say about you. You essentially need to, when writing, forget everything you know about yourself and only write based on the content of independent sources. This is usually very difficult for people to do, as we all naturally write favorably about ourselves.
