"WikiProject Report" would like to focus on WikiProject Somerset for a Signpost article. This is an excellent opportunity to draw attention to your efforts and attract new members to the project. Would you be willing to participate in an interview? If so, here are the questions for the interview. Just add your response below each question and feel free to skip any questions that you don't feel comfortable answering. Other editors will also have an opportunity to respond to the interview questions. If you know anyone else who would like to participate in the interview, please share this with them. Have a great day.— Rod talk 07:46, 11 April 2011 (UTC)
Hi Jaguar - {{ Sussex-geo-stub}} andf {{cl|Sussex geography stubs have been speedily deleted, as they are re-creations of a stub type which was deleted through WP:SFD. Please use the existing {{ EastSussex-geo-stub}} or {{ WestSussex-geo-stub}} (or both if necessary) for any articles you wish to mark. In future, if you wish to create a new stub type, please propose it first at WP:WSS/P, as explained at WP:STUB. That way, any proposal can be vetted prior to creation tio see whether it fits stub-sorting criteria or is already effectively covered by other stub types. Thanks, Grutness... wha? 13:48, 11 April 2011 (UTC)
As creator of New Ditch I wanted to draw your attention to my proposal to delete a large part of this article. Please see Talk:New Ditch. Thanks -- Derek Andrews ( talk) 18:06, 14 April 2011 (UTC)
I have reversed your edit with regard to the above, as Rodhullandemu is indefinitely blocked and not "banned" - it is possible the account may be allowed to edit again. I am sure you made a good faith error. I have edited the list of participants so it does not show Rh&e, but allowing it to be re-instated should circumstances change. Hello. I would like your opinion on a sentence of policy. The sentence that I would like your opinion on is the first sentence of Wikipedia:Verifiability which states,
In your own words, what does this sentence mean? Please note that this is not meant to be the start of any kind of debate with you and I am only honestly interested in your opinion. I will look here on your talk page for your response. Thank you. 75.47.147.95 ( talk) 10:23, 26 April 2011 (UTC)
Hi, Will you have a chance to respond to the latest comments on Talk:Nailsea/GA1 in the sport section or would you like me to tackle them as we may run out of time soon?— Rod talk 19:24, 5 May 2011 (UTC)
Well done for the extra work & congratulations - its just been passed.— Rod talk 19:15, 22 May 2011 (UTC)
I think you can safely loose Winchester from the sub heads - the article is unlikely to discuss any other cathedral, castle etc. As the MOS puts it "Headings should not explicitly refer to the subject of the article, or to higher-level headings, unless doing so is shorter or clearer (... headings can be assumed to be about the subject unless otherwise indicated)." Let me know if there is anything else.— Rod talk 08:07, 31 May 2011 (UTC)
Hi Jaguar. You seem to have been a major contributor to the article on Weston Patrick, so I am hoping you can help. I have marked up a citation request for the statement that there is a detached portion of the parish. This is not shown on the map at Ordnance Survey Election Maps (you need to turn on the civil parish layer), and appears to suggest that the boundaries have been changed, and that this is no longer the case. Do you know the answer? Skinsmoke ( talk) 16:03, 4 June 2011 (UTC)
I noticed you made the article Super Mario Bros 3DS. However, isn't that same game as in the article Super Mario (Nintendo 3DS)? Or are they different? I just hadn't heard anything about a separate game in all the E3 coverage, and your sources weren't loading for me. Let me know. Thanks. Sergecross73 msg me 18:47, 10 June 2011 (UTC)
Just a quick note to let you know there is now a userbox for the South Sudan WikiProject. Feel free to add it to your user page if you wish. CycloneGU ( talk) 17:12, 12 July 2011 (UTC)
A tag has been placed on Winchfield Green, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing no content to the reader. Please note that external links, "See also" section, book reference, category tag, template tag, interwiki link, rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article don't count as content. Moreover, please add more verifiable sources, not only 3rd party sources. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content. You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.
Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, contest the deletion by clicking on the button that looks like this: which appears inside of the speedy deletion (
{{db-...}}
) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate). Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the
the article's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this.

Thanks for your comments about the Kennet and Avon Canal at Wikipedia:Featured article candidates/Kennet and Avon Canal/archive2. I believe they have been addressed and it would be great if you had time to take another look.— Rod talk 12:14, 22 July 2011 (UTC)
Thanks for the message. I'm not aware of any background paragraph for the articles linked from List of castles in Somerset. It might be worth looking at those listed at List of castles in England for other counties. I know Locking Castle needs doing, but I'm not sure about Castle Orchard or Downend Castle which are the other redlinks. I would suggest starting this discussion on the talk page as others such as User:Hchc2009, who specialises in castles, might have useful ideas.— Rod talk 09:15, 23 July 2011 (UTC)
Thanks for your help with King's Castle, Somerset (& other Somerset Castles) however could you take a look at King's Castle & my comment on the talk page re a mismatch between the coordinates & the refs - I think we have 2 Kings Castles in Somerset & they have got mixed.— Rod talk 14:36, 28 July 2011 (UTC)
