Hello, thanks very much for your edits to this article, but it appears that you used some article about a much larger settlement as a model ... which unfortunately probably wasn't the best idea! I've therefore removed quite a bit of the content you added, though much of it remains, and the article certainly has a lot more useful information than it used to. No worries ... C-class is just my default assessment for any substantial article. Wikipedia:Content assessment contains the official descriptions for the classes ... I wouldn't describe C-class in the way that page does though. I think considering the nature of the place the article is already good enough, and I don't know where else it could be taken. You could ask at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Western Australia for further opinions ... but please use the new section button next to the "Edit this page" link to start new sections.
