The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

You removed content and source supporting content. I reverted it for the moment, since the addition you added and the content removed made made the article far less NPOV. Out of goodfaith I will assume this was done by mistake (We're all human). But please note if you choose to summarize you ought to include such big changes, especially ones that change the nature of articles that are 500/30 and may be considered contentious.
