OK, I now see that "Sikhi" is an alternative name for Sikhism, so presumably it wasn't intended as vandalism. However, calling it "ethically incorrect", which is clearly absurd, gave the impression that you were not acting in good faith. Also, in the English language Wikipedia, unless there are specific reasons for making an exception, we use the word most commonly used and understood in English, which in this case is "Sikhism".
