Artibitration is the very last step in a long line to dispute resolution. It's probably a good idea for you to read through WP:DR to familiarise yourself with how it all works. I'll have another look at what's happening, but if no progress is being made I'll probably write a Request for Comment, which asks other editors to have a look at a sitation. I'll let you know. -- K.
