Welcome to Wikipedia. I saw how you edited or created Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Interface Security Systems, and I noticed that the username you have chosen, "ISSmarcom", seems to imply that you are editing on behalf of a group, institution, company or website. Please note that you may only edit on behalf of yourself, and Wikipedia does not allow usernames that are promotional or have the appearance of shared use. Please take a moment to create a new account or request a username change that represents only yourself as an individual. You should also read our conflict of interest guideline and remember that promotional editing is not acceptable regardless of the username you choose. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. Thank you. SarahStierch ( talk) 05:58, 7 September 2012 (UTC)
Hello. A bureaucrat or clerk has responded to your username change request, but requires clarification before moving forward. Please follow up at your username change request entry as soon as possible. Thank you. I have also fixed your request, as you filed it incorrectly. Noom (t) (c) 15:43, 7 September 2012 (UTC)
Hi. Did you change your username to DMeadowsISS? If so, you should stick to that account, and that account only. But I should ask, does DMeadows stand for a real, personal name? If not, it may still infringe on our username standards. Best. NTox · talk 21:00, 14 September 2012 (UTC)
Yes, DMeadows stands for Don Meadows, a real, personal name. I have switched to the new account as per previous recommendation by Wikipedia bureaucratic suggestion. This article submission was placed before name change recommendation. — Preceding unsigned comment added by DMeadowsISS ( talk • contribs) 21:03, 14 September 2012 (UTC)
