In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Hey, I noticed you recently added an FAQ section to the article for Stick Arena: Go Ballistick!. Wikipedia doesn't really serve as a collection for FAQ's or indiscriminate lists of facts. I also noticed that it seemed to be copied straight from the XGen website. This has two problems: first, we can't just go around using other people's text on Wikipedia, which has rules for reproducing text that are different than normal copyright. We can't copy text straight from another website unless they specifically give us permission to relicense it under the GFDL. Even disregarding that, promotional text from the company's website likely won't be from a neutral point of view. We need to describe things in a balanced manner; not using the words that Danny is using to promote the game and build excitement for it.
On the other hand, you clearly know quite a bit about Stick Arena, since you've been editing articles and contributing significantly. So by all means keep editing, but make sure that it's your own words. FlamingSilmaril ( talk) 00:57, 19 April 2008 (UTC)
