-Sorry, I tried to refer him to the discussion page but he refused, so I was in a bit of a pickle. I'll post my argument for my side on the discussion page and hopefully a moderator can shut down Sandtrap555(who has made numerous other vandalism attempts).

Dell. Users are expected to
collaborate with others and avoid editing
disruptively.
In particular, the three-revert rule states that:

You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection.
