BTW, when you rename an article, use "move" tab at the top of the screen, because that transfers the article history as well. When you just cut-n-paste, the history of the newly-created articles makes it look as though you're the sole author. Stan 16:33, 24 Jan 2005 (UTC)
Since a) I took both pictures and I'm biased and b) you are obviously more experienced in both the Civil War and Wikipedia than I, I'll let you and others decide if the second picture should remain commented out on the Gettysburg National Cemetery page. I did want to point out that though the pictures are similar, they actually show different monuments in the cemetery, not different views of the same monument. Henryhartley 18:49, Jun 13, 2005 (UTC)

Hello Henry,
I saw your picture of the Mendenhall Glacier and would be interested in using it for a publication in Greece. Could you please inform me on the matter?
Thank you
Irini
I am planning to use it for an encyclopedia in Greece, non-modified and credited to you, the author. I think GNU covers that case, but I just wanted to be sure. Thanks
Chears! I think the resolution I got is enough, but if not, allow me to bother you again.
Hi Henryhartley,
I work for a publishing company and I came across your image of the Tongass Forest and would like to use in an educational science textbook I am working on. Unfortunately the size on the web is too small for print and I was wondering if you had any higher-res images of Tongass forest. Give me an email at athos2001@gmail.com All the best,
Christine :-)
I was browsing through some Southeast Alaska articles and came upon the pictures you took around Juneau. I was wondering if you could send me higher res versions of them for my personal use. I want them for my “home” screensaver that I watch whenever I get homesick. :-) You can message me on my user page, or try using Special:Emailuser/James_Crippen. I’ll take the largest resolution you can offer. Gunalchéesh! — Jéioosh 02:03, 13 October 2006 (UTC)

Dear Sir,
I am contacting you for the second time. I am a PhD student who STILL has not finished his thesis.
Would you be that kind and allow me to ask you few questions regarding R. Hartley's paper "Transmission of information"? I am not sure if you are able to answer my question, if this is the case, would you be willing to discuss the topic with your father for me?
I have not asked the question yet, since it is a delicate subject. I would appreciate to discuss this in privet email if possible. If you prefer to do it publicly I would be also happy to do it as you wish.
My questions that I would like to ask you, in general concern work relationship of R. Hartley with Nyquist. It might be that somebody in your family knows something what I am interested in. This is quite important subject from the point of view of the Information Theory, and as far as I know, people still do not know the answer to some intriguing questions.
You can send me an email at dackard@ee.ucd.ie.
