Please help me with publishing an English language version of an Arabic article...

- What exactly is your connection with the person you are trying to write about?
- Be advised that what is acceptable on the Arabic Wikipedia is not necessarily so on the English Wikipedia.

- Writing a new article is difficult without a conflict of interest, it's even harder with one. We don't usually recommend that inexperienced users dive right in to creating articles. We have no interest in any marketing efforts. Our goal is to write an encyclopedia of human knowledge. Please read
WP:BOSS, and have your superiors and client read it too.

- Thank you for replying.
- I've went throughout the article you sent, it mentions situations where the person himself doesn't have a page on Wikipedia, but what I'm mentioning is that the person I'm requesting an English language adding for has already an established well-known name and has his own Arabic Article.
- The soul purpose of the request is to fix some issues that are occurring for non Arabic speakers as relying on the website translation from Arabic to English itself has caused understanding issues.
- If you happen to know an expert in adding languages it would fix the issues, I also would like to mention that this is purely for contextual and accuracy purposes.

- Hdo70 As far as we're concerned, he doesn't have an article on Wikipedia. The Arabic Wikipedia is completely separate from this one. It's possible that this individual merits an article there, but not here. I regret being frank with you, but we're not concerned with the issues you speak of. - I'm not considered a paid editor as I requested editing help from an admin and did not do it by myself which makes me not conflicting or "biasing" info I know where you are getting at, you shouldn't be assuming things out of the blue when you're the admin, and "none of my concern" as an answer is contradicting since you're one of the responsibles for Wikipedia, but anyways have a good day.

- If I "edited" then yes I'm considered so, but when a 3rd party admin who isn't affiliated with him do it it's not, what happened here is the 2nd senario not the 1st as there hasn't been an "edit" made.

- You seem to be saying that if you ask someone else to edit for you, you don't need to declare as a paid editor. That is absolutely incorrect. The term "editor" refers to anyone who participates here, not just people who directly make contributions. You must make the paid editing disclosure. There is no question about this.
