What exactly are you doing with all these pages? Whispe ring 14:19, 3 September 2007 (UTC) reply

would like to ask the same?-- Hu12 21:08, 13 September 2007 (UTC) reply

You do realise they violate the GFDL, don't you, and that they are likely to be deleted as a copyright violation (which I am about to arrange)? MER-C 02:41, 16 September 2007 (UTC) reply

Harry Potter pages and copyright

MER-C pointed out that you copied these pages to your user space. Are you keeping copies to protect from vandalism, or something like that? I see your username involves the word "watchdog". You need to be aware that the license of Wikipedia text ( GFDL) requires that whenever you make a copy of the text you need to also copy (at a minimum) the list of contributors to that text. You can copy that from the history page of the article and put it on the talk page of the copy. A list of contributors must be copied to be compliant with our license. I would be glad to discuss this issue in more detail; you can respond here and I will notice. — Carl ( CBM ·  talk) 03:04, 16 September 2007 (UTC) reply
