Hi Sir! I understood to how ChavacanoFlag.JPG in which was tagged here in Wikipidia as flag of the Zamboanga Republic was speculative at best and may be one of the many flags used by the katipunan and other revolutionaries. I tried to research about the flag's history and it has been said in Watawat(dot)net that the flag was accordingly "speculative".
However, in another website called "Countries & Territories of the 20th Century" (see link below), a similar flag to ChavacanoFlag.JPG was recorded and tagged as the flag of Zamboanga Republic. The flag in their illustration however was thinner in drawing and detail than of ChavacanoFlag.JPG.
In another website World Statesmen (see link below), the same flag in the illustration of the Countries & Territories of the 20th Century was tagged as the flag of Zamboanga Republic.
Hope we could check the link to determine whether it the flag on these site could support the claim about the flag of the Zamboanga Republic.

- Still the Worlds Statemen site does not really establish the authenticity of the flag other than the vague suggestion that it was used as a national flag in a de facto capacity. The homepage mentions most of its images being derived from Flags of the World (FOTW) but I can't find the entry for the "Republic of Zamboanga" there. Ethnia isn't really authoritative and just collates a list of historical states. It also mention on its home page that it derived its flags from FOTW/CRW and Worlds Statesmen sites as well.
- On the other hand Watawat.net has shown actual historical images suggesting its more of a flag used by a group of revolutionaries Hariboneagle927 ( talk) 06:56, 10 May 2018 (UTC)
