- Agreed. They are non-notable and have no cited reliable sources and edu.eu is just a .eu domain name rather than an official academic subdomain of the .eu ccTLD. Many ccTLDs have official edu subdomains but they are not listed on the .edu TLD's article. Repeated addition of a link with the intention of promoting the site is linkspamming.
