Please Crimes against humanity#Abolition of the slave trade. I would suggest that if it is to be manageable any list on slavery it would have to be structured after such a treaty because until the 1800s slavery had since the dawn of time been a common practice. That would of course curtail the numbers in the Atlantic slave trade. There is also the problem of the technical difference between indentured labour an slavery which can not be ignored without POV implications. -- PBS ( talk) 03:42, 24 March 2010 (UTC)
That sounds persuasive, thank you a lot. I will add a section "Other human-made disasters", so the Congo Free State atrocities can be included.
