I placed the picture there, because I placed it exactly under the section of Transportation (i think), and the highway leads and comes from Quito. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Blupper92 ( talk • contribs) 00:13, 18 February 2009 (UTC)
You are of course correct that the direct article should be capitalised in Spanish when it is part of the name of a personor group of people. However, please be aware that Wikipedia does not automatically substitute capitals in wikilinks other than for the first letters. Therefore, if correcting the text that is a link, please either move the target page or use piping to avoid redlinks. See today's history of Santo Domingo de Los Colorados. Hello, this is a message from
an automated bot. A tag has been placed on
Juan de Velasco, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be
speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because
Juan de Velasco seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the
criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please
see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting
