The content you added to the article Confucius Institute is not supported by the source cited next to it, nor as far as I can see by any other source cited in the article. If in fact it is supported by one of those sources then please add a citation at the appropriate point in the article; if you have another reliable source not yet cited in the article which supports it then add a citation to that source; if you have no source and it's just based on your own assessment then it has no place in a Wikipedia article. Hello James! I've provided citations from two peer reviewed academic sources (Ethics and Information Technology, and the IEP) a well regarded book on the topic of surveillance ethics, and a Tufts University paper article outlining the concerns of the community regarding the Confucian Institute and it's chilling effects on local minorities.
