Hey, Godzooky, welcome to Wikipedia! I saw your post on Dennis Brown's talk page. It's awesome that you're interested in helping out, but becoming an administrator on Wikipedia requires some Wikipedia experience first. As an example, I recently became an administrator myself, but not until I had spent over a year helping out in different places, and I'm probably on the lower edge of experience! No worries, though; there's lots of other stuff to do around here. I started out by basically going to random pages and fixing typos I found, in order to gain some confidence with the technical process of editing. There's always maintenance things like anti-vandalism work, and of course, the most important work of all: writing and improving articles! There's a guide on contributing to Wikipedia here; it might be a good place for you to start. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me on my talk page (I'm sure Dennis would be happy to answer your questions, as well), or you can check out the Teahouse, which is a place for new users to ask any questions they have about Wikipedia in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Happy editing! Writ Keeper ⚇ ♔ 21:41, 29 November 2012 (UTC)
