Accuracy dispute at rounding

Hi Greg. You removed rounding from the section "Accuracy disputes" at Wikipedia:Pages needing attention/Mathematics/Lists ( diff). The reason that the page was there is that the phrase

(Paragraph 17.5 of "The VAT Guide", HM Revenue and Customs Notice 700 says quite clearly: "You may round down the total VAT ... to a whole penny."
