Nothing here constitutes an automatic WP:NMUSIC pass, and the sourcing is too strongly reliant on primary sources and community weekly newspapers of the type that are not widely distributed enough to support notability under WP:GNG. Out of all the sourcing here, the two Seattle Post-Intelligencer references are the only ones that count for anything at all, but that's not enough to claim passage of GNG or NMUSIC if it's *all* you can do for sourcing. There are also several places here where the writing lapses into an advertorial, rather than encyclopedic tone -- and the subject is not helping the case by editing the article himself (see our conflict of interest and WP:AUTOBIO rules.)

No improvement in the reliable sourcing has been made since the last time this was declined. An article is not adequately referenced for inclusion in Wikipedia just because of community weekly newspapers in the topic's own local area, blogs or press releases -- it takes daily newspaper coverage extending beyond the musician's own local area, nationally distributed music magazines, NPR and other high-level nationalized sources, to satisfy our sourcing requirements in an article about a musician. And submitter still has a conflict of interest, as Wikipedia's rules do not allow a person to write or submit an article about themselves.

Only new source added since the last decline is still a community weekly newspaper in the same region that the subject lives in, which is still not a source that boosts the WP:GNG at all. With rare exceptions coverage of a musician normally has to nationalize to pass WP:NMUSIC, and nothing claimed here is compelling enough to grant him one of those exceptions. Submitter still has a conflict of interest, as well: the key to getting a Wikipedia article about you is not to write or submit it yourself.
