Gor article image addition

I appreciate your good intentions, but that that photo adds a gritty planet Earth city street scene which is not too directly relevant to the Gor novels, not to mention that she's not kneeling correctly in the "nadu" position. I was actually the one who tagged the Gorean interest of that image on Commons (see here), but it's not appropriate for the Gor article itself (might be suitable for the Gorean subculture article...) -- AnonMoos ( talk) 22:55, 6 December 2021 (UTC) reply

@ AnonMoos: Thank your for the clarification. Actually, I added that photo to the Gorean subculture article some months ago but since then it has been removed by another user because he/she considered it inappropriate for the lead section. GenoV84 ( talk) 03:05, 7 December 2021 (UTC) reply
Then add it further down in "Gorean subculture". I have nothing against that image (I was the one who flagged it as of Gorean interest, as I said), but there are very particular requirements for something to be a valid illustration to the Gor novels. For example, I could bore you at length with an explanation as to why bikinis are not really Gorean according to the text of the books (despite appearing in some cover illustrations from time to time -- John Norman has little control over the book packaging, of course). Sockpuppet investigation

An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/GenoV84, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.

Colonization of the Americas

Cbinetti- European Colonization of the Americas- What I did was not vandalism and it is upsetting that you would publicly put on my talk page that vandalized an article. Colombo statues are vandalized in the real world because of poorly-written, biased paragraphs like the one I deleted. I deleted it again, but with an explanation. This time. I would have flagged it if I knew how, but when I went to read how to flag an article, it said to delete offending content rather than flag it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Cbinetti ( talkcontribs) 15:43, 27 December 2021 (UTC) reply
