On October 2, the project reached its goal of 150

Nah, don't worry, using huggle it means that most errors are reverted (very) quickly. 10 times out of 10 this edit would probably be vandalism. Paul London won the NorthEast Wrestling Championship on November 13 by defeating Jason Blade.
Dragon Gate announced that they had released
Cyber Kong from his contract. Kong suffered a neck injury in late October, and did not feel he was healing well enough to return to wrestling, and so requested his release.
Sky Sports announced that it would begin to broadcast Superstars in Britain on December 11. It will also start broadcasting This Week in WWE, which will first air on January 3.
On November 20, it was reported that WWE had re-signed
Mikey Batts to work as a
referee.

comic book, WWE Heroes, with the first issue set to be released in March 2010.
Eddie Fatu, better known as Umaga, died on December 4 due to a
heart attack. He had been rushed to the hospital earlier that day in a critical condition after his wife found him unresponsive with blood running from his nose.
On December 5, TNA announced that they would be holding a live, three-hour special Monday edition of TNA Impact! on Janauary 4, 2009 to compete against WWE Raw.

Welcome to the biggest WikiCup Wikipedia has yet seen! Round one will take place over two months, and finish on February 26. There is only one pool, and the top 64 will progress. The competition will be tough, as more than half of the current competitors will not make it to round 2. Details about scoring have been finalized and are explained at
Wikipedia:WikiCup/Scoring. Please make sure you're familiar with the scoring rules, because any submissions made that violate these rules will be removed. Like always, the judges can be reached through the WikiCup talk pages, on their talk page, or over IRC with any issues concerning anything tied to the Cup.
