You were blocked as user Gmkarve ( talk) because you were using Wikipedia only to write about yourself. That block is on you as a person, so you cannot evade it by starting another account. Please read WP:Autobiography and WP:NOTWEBHOST, and understand that Wikipedia is not a social-networking site like Facebook or LinkedIn. Those are the sites for what you want to do.
