Please do not use styles that are unusual, inappropriate or difficult to understand in articles, as you did in
Jared Polis. There is a
Manual of Style that should be followed. Thank you. Please ensure that your grammatical changes do not change the meaning of the text. In this case you changed "based" to "centered". The subject refers to the Congressman, not to the district. His main office is in Boulder, therefore he is based in Boulder. Additionally, you introduced a run-on sentence with a fact that was only tangentially related to the paragraph, and improperly formatted the reference. See

Actually, there is TONS of helpful advice, repeated warnings, and links to wikipedia policies all over this very talk page, not to mention on the talk pages of articles all over this project where you had various issues.
