Hello Patrick,
Your wiki article on Cognitive advantages of bilingualism was informative. However, when you discussed the crucial age for learning two languages, it made me think of how the cognitive processes would be for and individual who was learning a different language at an older age. For an improvement of the article, adding more research on that would be beneficial.

Hi, Patrick.
The source text was copied to the talk page for the English article. Only use that text to continue the translation to ensure consistency. Also, please review each other's translations and try to maintain a uniform style.
Is there some reason for not using the text directly from de:Berliner Grenzübergänge? E.g., has it been in flux? Anyway, I've pushed this along a bit. Chonak 07:13, 31 May 2006 (UTC)

SuggestBot predicts that you will enjoy editing some of these articles. Have fun!
SuggestBot picks articles in a number of ways based on other articles you've edited, including straight text similarity, following wikilinks, and matching your editing patterns against those of other Wikipedians. It tries to recommend only articles that other Wikipedians have marked as needing work. Your contributions make Wikipedia better -- thanks for helping.
If you have feedback on how to make SuggestBot better, please tell me on SuggestBot's talk page. Thanks from ForteTuba, SuggestBot's caretaker.

Hi Patrick, I have spent the last two nights re-writing and re-structuring the ADHD article. Please take a minute (or three) and read over it and tell me what you think. Please, post your response on the ADHD talk page. *Kat* 06:42, 31 May 2006 (UTC)

Thank you for announcing your articles! I have just one minor thing to ask you: Could you use {{subst:date}} instead of {{date}}? The latter always displays the date at the time of viewing, not at the time you inserted the template. Thank you, Kusma (討論) 20:41, 13 June 2006 (UTC)

I have deleted material you have created as template or category with the message that a user is fuckable. This is not only already offensive [1] but is likely to be sexual harrassment. Please do not recreate this material. The only reason I have not blocked you is because this seems to be an aberration, not a habit. If any of this is recreated, or anything of a similar nature, then you will be blocked. I am also posting this on administrators noticeboard, if you have any dispute to make about my actions. Would you mind reverting back to Tom Harrison's version at NOR? You introduced a grammatical error, and then when I reverted to fix it, instead of leaving it, you've made another change, so that the page now talks about descriptive claim in the singular, when the plural is required. The grammar was correct as it was, as was the sense. The "accuracy of which is" .. is correct, because the verb refers to accuracy, not to claims. SlimVirgin (talk) 20:32, 15 July 2006 (UTC)

Hi Freerick,
User:Badbilltucker has proposed creating a WikiProject for articles related to Germany. Since you seem to speak German pretty well, I was wondering if you would be interested in helping with this project. If you want to know more about the proposal you can check the temporary project page or the List of proposed projects.-- Carabinieri TTaallkk 10:43, 8 October 2006 (UTC)
In the Chernobyl article you as you put it: "(erased irrelevant quote regarding smoking-related deaths; replaced with new wording)"
That is completely unacceptable, not only did you remove a direct quote, you inserted a completely different statement, and left the reference as if the reference supported your statement. I am 'unhappy' about this.
The statement in no way irrelevant on the contrary you made it irrelevant.
Are you a troll or something? WolfKeeper 20:47, 11 October 2006 (UTC)
Hello! If you are receiving this message, that means that your user page is in a specific year category. Per a recent user-category per deletion, all specific year categories are to be deleted. If you wish to continue using year categories, you have two options:
If you wish, you may do both. Hopefully, this change in categorization will be quick and painless. Happy editing! --An automated message from MessedRobot 13:11, 9 March 2007 (UTC)
Hello, this is a message from
an automated bot. A tag has been placed on
Camtasia Studio, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be
speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because
Camtasia Studio is blatant
advertising for a company, product, group, service or person that would require a substantial rewrite in order to become an encyclopedia article.
To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting
Camtasia Studio, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at
WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the
bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current
Arbitration Committee election. The
Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia
arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose
site bans,
topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The
arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to
review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on
the voting page. For the Election committee,

The article Strip games has been proposed for deletion. The proposed deletion notice added to the article should explain why.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your
edit summary or on
the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the
proposed deletion process, but other
deletion processes exist. In particular, the
speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and
articles for deletion allows discussion to reach
consensus for deletion.
