Nomination of Pál Frenák for deletion

Hello! At the Articles for Deletion discussion, you asked what criteria the article has to meet, in order to remain a Wikipedia article. The basic rule is the WP:General notability guideline, which says that the subject must have been written about by independent reliable sources.
