Firstly a very belated thank you for your contribution to Wikipedia, I hope we can see more of you on the encyclopedia. I am writing because I believe the illegal album release and fine is not enough of a notable event to put on the article on Scooter, considering that Scooter was not involved, and I think the section should be removed as a result. Considering you have been inactive since December 2008 if I don't receive a response within two weeks I hope you can understand if I open the issue to wider community involvement, though you are very free to still get involved then.
