Wikipedia is not a Web directory, so non-notable organizations should be avoided. Vague is a page that redirects to an encyclopedic article, vagueness, your edits break that redirect. Don't take it personal and keep contributing to Wikipedia, consider this the ongoing entropy control. -- 71.169.148.240 02:33, 22 February 2007 (UTC)
A tag has been placed on Paul Flint requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article appears to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{
hangon}}
to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on
the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.
For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Blanchardb- Me MyEars MyMouth-timed 13:35, 15 December 2007 (UTC)
I have deleted Cannot see wikipedia pictures because you tried to use the article space for discussion. I have copied your issue to the village pump. We have a number of places for users to communicate with each other, and since this was a technical issue, I chose to post at the technical board of the village pump. Please do not create articles that are intended for discussion, but instead try to locate the appropriate discussion board. If you need help finding anything, I'd be glad to help in the future. Thanks for your consideration.- Andrew c [talk] 13:46, 22 December 2007 (UTC)
A tag has been placed on "Interactive Computing and Control Facility" requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, a rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content. You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{
hangon}}
to the top of
the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on
the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact
one of these admins to request that they
userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you.

Hello, Flintiii. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, " VisualBash".
In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia
mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply and remove the {{db-afc}}
or {{db-g13}}
code.
If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.
Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. Legacypac ( talk) 18:03, 26 August 2017 (UTC)
Hi Flintiii, You wrote in the edit summary here "Resubmission of article on Visual Bash" (and in the next edit, wrote "Expand the article to suit wikipedia", when you did nothing but add a blank line). This page has not (and never has) been submitted to AfC. That is done by adding and then saving this code to the top of the page: {{Subst:Submit}}. However the draft will not be accepted, since it does not cite, using inline citations, to: published, reliable, secondary sources that are entirely independent of the topic and provide significant coverage of it beyond its mere trivial mention.-- Fuhghettaboutit ( talk) 21:30, 25 September 2017 (UTC)
Greetings Fuhghettaboutit,
I am the developer of VisualBash, and I am afraid I do not know as much about media wiki as you do. I would like to get a small article on Wikipedia about VisualBash, but I am afraid I do not even know how to contact you correctly much less successfully submit an article.
By the way what is "Afc"?
My email address is flint@flint.com. I am very comfortable with ASCII email.
Thank you for your patience.
Sincerely,

Hi - you kindly commented recently that the "Ask a Question" feature at the Teahouse wasn't working correctly. I've just observed this problem when trying to post via Safari on an iPhone. Could I ask what device you were trying to post from, and what issue you observed? In my case I was able to fill in complete the subject line, but the advisory text appeared over the main text box which couldn't be edited. Any details of your problem could be of help to resolve this. Regards from the Teahouse, Nick Moyes ( talk) 00:45, 10 December 2017 (UTC)
