Thank you for the above information. I skimmed through them and could not find how to change an article title when it is ambiguous, as in "The Power of the Press" which could also be a later movie. Can someone help point me in the right direction? --

There would be several options. If one was clearly the main one, The Power of the Press & The Power of the Press (1932), or The Power of the Press (novel), or The Power of the Press (East German film); "
Hatnotes" on each could lead to the other(s): 'This article is about the 1928 film; for the 1932 film, see...', or a disambiguation page listing several. See

Wikipedia:Requested moves for instructions for the procedures; the last is mainly for controversial moves, moves where you're asking for input from others on the new title, or when something already exists there which prevents an ordinary move.

Thank you both for responding so quickly. There is actually no article for the later movie. I think it should be retitled to specify it refers to the earlier movie. --
