Encyo - it would be good to talk about moving charismatic to charismatic (Christians). There are a number of ways of dealing with disambiguation. Its good to add something to the talk page of an article you are planning to move, especially when there are active editors, to get a discussion going. I don't believe that there is a clash of usage, as it seems charisma and charismatic were getting on fine without the change. What do you think? Hyper3 ( talk) 23:33, 29 November 2008 (UTC)
Question I put on User talk:Woody:
Hi Encyo, I had noticed that a mini edit-war was developing. I also notice that there is no open talkpage discussion at this time. You should open up a discussion at Talk:Ernst & Young which outlines your reasoning. Invite the IP to the discussion and then generate a consensus on the talkpage. If they refuse to enter into a dialogue then consensus can be reached without them and if anyone fails to abide by consensus then appropriate measures can be taken. First off though, start the discussion and see how it goes from there. Regards, Woody ( talk) 11:35, 9 June 2009 (UTC)
