Thank you for
your contributions. Please mark your edits, such as your recent edits to
Dear Evan Hansen (film), as "minor" only if they are minor edits. In accordance with
Help:Minor edit, a minor edit is one that the editor believes requires no review and could never be the subject of a dispute. Minor edits consist of things such as typographical corrections, formatting changes or rearrangement of text without modification of content. Additionally, the
reversion of clear-cut
vandalism and test edits may be labeled "minor". Thank you. –

Please do not add
original research or
novel syntheses of published material to articles as you apparently did to
Dear Evan Hansen (film). Please cite a
reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. –

Hi Emperor Dust! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor at
Dear Evan Hansen (film) that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia – it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as
typo corrections or reverting obvious
vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see
Help:Minor edit for more information. Thank you. –

Please stop your
disruptive editing.
If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Dear Evan Hansen (film), you may be blocked from editing. – wallyfromdilbert ( talk) 19:41, 8 December 2021 (UTC)
You may be
blocked from editing without further warning the next time you change genres in pages without discussion or sources, as you did at

Stop making unconstructive edits. Your editing habits appear to be disruptive and have been reverted. This has been your first warning. Cardei012597 ( talk) 21:15, 1 January 2022 (UTC)
Please stop your
disruptive editing. If you continue to add
unsourced or poorly sourced content, as you did at
Schindler's List, you may be
blocked from editing. You've already received multiple warnings for the edits you've made regarding film genres. It's disappointing to see you continuing this trend.

Hello, @ Emperor Dust:. I'm ZX2006XZ. I noticed you added an infobox for The Ice Age Adventures of Buck Wild, in the section of the same name for Ice Age (franchise). Could it be that you're making a makeshift article or something until the draft is in article mainspace? If so, thanks. Here is the draft for further reference.

Hi, Emperor Dust. Film articles' opening sentences should not be overloaded with all possible genres. Per WP:FILMLEAD, it should be "the primary genre or sub-genre under which it is verifiably classified". Furthermore, "Genre classifications should comply with WP:WEIGHT and represent what is specified by a majority of mainstream reliable sources." So a film's opening sentence should not mash up different genres into one messy combination, like "3D comedy adventure family film". No source calls the film that term. The term needs to be more straightforward and in line with sources, and the rest of the lead section can cover other aspects of the film. Erik ( talk | contrib) ( ping me) 19:12, 14 April 2022 (UTC)
