In reply to your message on my talk page: although it doesn't appear that the late Mr Ofner met our criteria for notability (i.e., media coverage) himself... I think there might enough source material for a decent article on his death - how it happened, the events surrounding it, its aftermath. "Death of Johann Ofner", it would be called.
