Hi. Please don't add links to those pictures repositories onto Wikipedia article, the size of the images is simply too small to be of any use. El_C 10:52, 5 November 2007 (UTC) reply

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, one or more of the external links you added to the page Pinsk do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you.

I see the link babinet.com being added by now at least 3 single purpose accounts. Please, Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a linkfarm. -- Dirk Beetstra T C 11:22, 5 November 2007 (UTC) reply
Hi again. You need to respond here. You cannot simply re-add the link without comment. That is impolite (!). If you continue to do so, you will be restricted from editing. Thanks again. El_C 11:25, 5 November 2007 (UTC) reply
Sorry, but if the only way these copyrights holders can protect themselves from theft is by keeping the resolution of those images that low (yes, I know there's a button to enlarge these, but it is still too small), then the link cannot be added to Wikipedia articles. This, because we aim at providing our readership with high quality materials and the resolution of these images is simply not up to par. Thx. El_C 12:32, 6 November 2007 (UTC) reply
It would be much easier to speak here, out in the open. In answer to your question, I simply do not possess the supermind that is privy to all the types of misuses on Wikipedia, that would be impossible. But just because other misuse exists, does not mean similar or even lesser misuse should be allowed. So, if you encounter any misuse, I encourage you to remove it. Thanks again. Thank you for the criticism. I didn't want to make Wiki collection of links, although it is alredy so. I only offered high professional photographs of the cities I love from the site www.babinets.com E.Lancaster 15:21, 8 November 2007 (UTC) reply
