I don't know how you "reported" Nbisbo for their edits, but if you haven't, I really think you should back off. Let cooler heads prevail and let's discuss this rationally (I'll invite them to comment on the talk page). If Nbisbo chooses to escalate unnecessarily, then we can pursue disciplinary measures, but since they don't seem to have a troublesome edit history, then any report you've turned in through whatever avenue you've done so (you don't seem to have posted at WP:ANI, and I strongly suggest you do not do so at this time) will be summarily dismissed and you could end up blocked. - I can assure you a block will not be given, as the grounds to do so are not sufficient. A reprimand is the most they have earned, and if you are not careful you yourself will end up in that position. Please step back and take some time to WP:CALM down. As inflammatory as others' behavior can be, responding in kind never works, and often only the response will be seen as WP:DISRUPTIVE and worthy of punishment. I appreciate that you withdrew the post from the talk page, but the best you can hope for right now is that your request for Nbisbo to be blocked is ignored. I have opened up the floor for discussion over there; let's see what happens from here. Let's assume Nbisbo will be more polite going forward; if they are not, well, we will cross that bridge if we ever get to it. Your efforts here will be for naught if you end up blocked. Let's work together calmly, the three of us, to see what can be done; I am asking you to calm down or this may get worse in a way it doesn't have to. - Please remember to sign your posts on talk pages. And two wrongs don't make a right. I'm not criticizing you for making an observation, only how you're going about it — which isn't any better than the behavior you're complaining about. And as they say, the squeaky wheel gets the grease; if you're perceived as being the bigger problem, you'll get blocked, whether it's fair or not. That's how it works around here. As I said, the most Nbisbo has warranted is a rebuke, and I'm not the one to give it as I'm not an admin.
