I am dismao. I am a taoist living and breathing in nyc.
I believe in wikipedia. I will attemp to be fair and neutral.
I will abide by NPOV but bias is sometimes very difficult to determine.
Please look below to see how an administrator has overused his authority in solving a dispute between two parties. The lack of good faith and excuse to place a 3rr rule against me instead of following the written policy that disputes of content should be done in mediation. I make no excuses for my actions but it should never have gone this far especially since my dispute was with a person who claims he is an avid editor and superior in "wikipedia community policy". In the end full blame goes to Chris73 and my justification to no longer pursue anything related to wikipedia.
You have been blocked for a 3RR on Howard Dean. Please see details on Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/3RR. The block will expire in 24 hours. The 3 revert rule limits user to 3 reperts within 24 hours, trying to prohibit edit wars. You are very welcome to edit again after the block expires, and more discussion on the talk page may be helpful. -- Chris 73 Talk 04:13, Feb 25, 2005 (UTC)
