"Recently, the company has fallen on tough times due to the economy, new competition, and questionable management. The company underwent a lay off in July 2008, letting go key personnel in the process. Many of the remaining employees were given salary cuts. This alarming turn of events has franchisees and national accounts questioning the stability of the company after investing thousands of dollars in franchisee fees and equipment."
