Well, you seem to be the person who is dissatisfied with the article, that's why I ask you to do the re-write or to be more specific as to what exactly makes it "excessively promotional". I have compared it to the article on "Rhodes Scholarship" and both of them have the same tone in my opinion. Would you recommend that the article becomes a subsection of the "Rhodes Scholarship"? The Mandela Rhodes Scholarship is very impressive, it is difficult to outline its attributes without appearing to be promoting it.
