A tag has been placed on Joshua Ryan (USMC) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article, which appears to be about a real person, individual animal(s), an organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, does not indicate how or why the subject of the article is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{
hang on}}
at the top of the article, immediately below the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}
) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate), and providing your reasons for contesting on
the article's talk page, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. You may freely add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.
You may want to read the guidelines for specific types of articles: biographies, websites, bands, or companies. Looper5920 ( talk) 03:50, 25 November 2010 (UTC)

Thanks for uploading File:Listings for Eric 243.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.
For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. -- ImageTaggingBot ( talk) 22:06, 22 November 2010 (UTC)

Hi, Dartheric1, I notice that two of the images you have uploaded have been tagged for deletion. I would like to offer you some help. I think that the issues with these images can be rectified pretty easily and that they can be saved from deletion. In order to achieve this, the following needs to be added to the page:
For an example of a correctly formatted and licenced image, please take a look at File:Color Photographed B-17E in Flight.jpg. Anyway, I think that if you can add these details that the images should be fine. If you need help with this, please message me and I will try to give you a hand. Cheers. Please do not add unreferenced or poorly referenced information, especially if controversial, to articles or any other page on Wikipedia about living persons, as you did to Richard Winters. Thank you. The Resident Anthropologist ( talk) 23:35, 9 January 2011 (UTC)
