I was about to undo your recent edit to ATK (football club) but someone else beat me to it.
The reorganization of Mohun Bagan A.C. seems complex and there has been a lot of discussion about the right way to merge the affected articles. I recommend you read discussions over the past year on Talk:ATK (football club), Mohun Bagan A.C., Talk:Mohun Bagan A.C., and Talk:ATK Mohun Bagan FC then coordinate your proposed edits on Talk:Mohun Bagan A.C. before making them. davidwr/( talk)/( contribs) 17:59, 6 September 2020 (UTC)
After the merger both the entities have turned into one. So it is no wrong to edit the ATK page and make it the page for ATK MB moreover ATK never got dissolved it just got merged Darkarmy241998 ( talk) 18:04, 6 September 2020 (UTC)
- You are new to Wikipedia. This particular issue has already been discussed on the "talk" pages I mentioned earlier. Since other editors are already looking at the best way to merge the content, it is best to coordinate with them before taking any action.
- By the way, in most cases, yes, it would be perfectly fine to do what you did, provided you backed it up with references from a reliable source, which you did not. However, in this case, since there are already other people working on making the change to all affected pages, I highly recommend you coordinate your suggested changes with them. The best way to discuss it is probably by creating a "new section" on Talk:Mohun Bagan A.C..
