Third opinion on your recent dispute

I've been asked to give a third opinion on your recent dispute with AbsolutDan. While you are correct that you may archive non-warning content as you wish - you have broken no guidelines or rules in that respect - be very wary about removing - or quickly archiving - even informal warnings - it could come back to haunt you in future dealings, if people assume you're trying to hide something. If you disagree with the reasons for a warning, discuss it with the person who warned you before removing it, getting a third opinion if necessary. You are, however, not the only one at fault. AbsolutDan, if you don't want your warnings removed, use the official templates at WP:-(, or at least clear derivatives of them so that they clearly are warnings. Also, be a bit more ready to assume good faith - vandalism is a strong word; don't go around accusing everyone of it unless it's a clear-cut case. -- Scott Wilson 23:12, 30 July 2006 (UTC) reply

Removing content

It might not have been your intention, but you recently removed content from Talk:Viper Room. Please be careful not to remove content from Wikipedia without a valid reason, which you should specify in the edit summary or on the article's talk page. Thank you. A link to the edit I have reverted can be found here: link. If you believe this edit should not have been reverted, please contact me. -- AbsolutDan (talk) 05:00, 23 July 2006 (UTC) reply

Please do not remove warnings from your talk page or replace them with offensive content. Removing or maliciously altering warnings from your talk page will not remove them from the page history. If you continue to remove or vandalize warnings from your talk page, you will lose your privilege of editing your talk page. Thanks. -- AbsolutDan (talk) 13:08, 23 July 2006 (UTC) reply

Please stop. If you continue to blank or remove content from Wikipedia, as you did to Talk:Viper Room, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. -- AbsolutDan (talk) 13:08, 23 July 2006 (UTC) reply

More warnings

This is your last warning. Removing warnings from your talk page is considered vandalism. You will be blocked from editing Wikipedia and your talk page will be protected from editing if you do it again. This is a standard template from WP:UTM.

According to the terms of the vandalism page I am preserving the warnings and archiving them, as part of cleanup. Editors know enough about Wikipedia to know how to obtain the history and follow links to read an archive of talk comments Cshay 21:37, 24 July 2006 (UTC) reply

This is your last warning. The next time you make a personal attack, as you did against me at User talk:AbsolutDan#Thanks, you will be blocked for disruption. -- Ideogram

Civility

Several of your recent edits on talk pages, particularly [1], [2], and [3] have not been in accordance with Wikipedia's guidelines on civility. I have posted a Wikiquette alert regarding your behavior. Please do not harrass other editors, or you may be blocked. -- Emufarmers

I think that Dan's use of the buggy tool constitutes harassment as well. Cshay 18:44, 29 July 2006 (UTC) reply
