Thanks I've seen these edits at Demographics of Algeria, Haratin, etc. as I have all of them on my watchlist. From what I can tell, this constitutes vandalism and I'm going to review these edits and post to the IP's talk page if necessary. After that, if he continues, it can be reported to Wikipedia:Administrator intervention against vandalism. If you need to respond, please do so on my talk. — Justin (koavf)❤ T☮ C☺ M☯ 19:57, 21 March 2010 (UTC)
Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to
talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should
sign your posts by typing four
tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button
located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --

Thanks I've seen this user's edits and it's pretty clear that he's the same person as the anonymous IP from before. If he does it again, I will post on his talk and if it continues, I will take the necessary steps at WP:AN. Thanks for your note. — Justin (koavf)❤ T☮ C☺ M☯ 17:39, 27 March 2010 (UTC)
Hi there. Could you please explain to me why you marked my edit as vandalism? The paragraph starts as it stands right now starts in the middle of a thought (who are the two branches? What are they branches of?) Some content was removed from the paragraph in November 2008 with this edit. Would you prefer that version? I looked at it but assumed that it was offensive in some way so I did not use it, and spent quite a bit of time editing this paragraph. If you look closely at the article I am sure you will agree this section needs revision as there is obviously some material missing. Diannaa TALK 14:57, 17 April 2010 (UTC)
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current
Arbitration Committee election. The
Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia
arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose
site bans,
topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The
arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to
review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on
the voting page. For the Election committee,
