Hello, I am new to Wikipedia as you can imagine. I am specialized in classifications, and I run the site the links point at. I am trying to provide people not only with links to accurate ICD9-cm codes, but also with informations about the ICD9-cm coding logic (notes, inclusions, exclusions) provided by the WHO, since I didn't find such a resource everywhere else on the net (there are lot of websites with ICD9 codes, of course, but none with coding information). I tried to insert it in the Infobox_Disease, but it seems to be locked. Is there a way to be included in it ? I have read the policy about interest conlict and didn't mean to break any rule.
